Job Responsibilities
• Respond to IT requests from all emails, portal, and telephone within the agreed targets
• Perform troubleshooting and initial diagnostics of assigned IT tickets, including remote connection to end user devices using remote access tools
• Communicate clearly to users in a timely and polite manner and keep the end user-informed of the progress of IT requests at all appropriate times
• Manage creation, modification and deletion of users account management (FTP, Active Directory, file permissions) and perform clean-up projects of user profiles, files and email accounts

Job Requirements
• 2-3 years working experience in a computer related support or and IT operational environment
• One or more recognised industry certification in PC, Network and Server support (Comptia A+, Server +, Network +, MCP in Windows 7/8/10)
• Good written and communication skills in English
• Good interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skills
• Good problem-solving abilities and ability to work under own initiative
• Maintain adequate knowledge of operating systems and application software
• Experience with configuring and supporting any version of Windows Desktop (7, 8,10)

Positions Company CSP offerings effectively and educates both clients and Account Managers in order to grow existing clients and gain net new CSP business for both Azure and Modern Workplace solutions.

Leads the following areas in various Microsoft CSP programs:
Identifies new cloud opportunities. Engages in Microsoft cloud discussions.

Provides post-sale support and billing verification.

Education Requirements:
Diploma in a related field or Customer Service background.
Experience Requirements:
Microsoft Certified Licensing experience, skilled with managing contract vehicles such as CSP for Azure and Modern Workplace subscriptions.

1 year of current experience selling Microsoft Software solutions; primarily via Microsoft Partner CSP.

Job Description
The Account Manager is responsible to generate, maintain and further develop sales forecasts for allocated customers’ accounts. He/She is required to develop, manage and maintain strong account relationships with the customers. Additionally, he/she is also expected to work cross-organizationally to co-ordinate pre-sales, professional services and support resources to drive successful solutions for customers.
The Account Manager is also responsible for meeting sales quota through identifying and gaining business from new and existing clients and ensuring customer’s satisfaction through the products and services provided. He/She is expected to have a deep understanding of the organization’s products and services. He/She is also required to participate in the development of value propositions and to negotiate successfully to close a sale.
