• Respond to IT requests from all emails, portal, and telephone within the agreed targets
• Perform troubleshooting and initial diagnostics of assigned IT tickets, including remote connection to end user devices using remote access tools

Focuses on working with all Account Managers in selling licensing of Microsoft (Azure, M365, Teams, etc.) to customers, and leads, drives and delivers sales and profit goals through the company. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for go-to-market messaging, demand creation and work with Azure Cloud sales/technical division (deployments, migrations, managed services and more).

Positions Company CSP offerings effectively and educates both clients and Account Managers in order to grow existing clients and gain net new CSP business for both Azure and Modern Workplace solutions.
Grows client base by maximizing incentives and helping evolve clients to the cloud (Azure, M365, Teams, etc.).
Leads the following areas in various Microsoft CSP programs:
Identifies new cloud opportunities. Engages in Microsoft cloud discussions.
Provides customer service sales consultation (optimization, adoption/consumption models) to clients.
Builds pipeline and drive results upon Microsoft CSP Cloud for Company.
Provides post-sale support and billing verification.
Provides Account Managers and their clients with consistent and excellent guidance on daily basis.

Participates in customer calls to understand their needs and how to promote our CSP business to them including multi-program cost analysis comparisons.

Diploma in a related field or Customer Service background.
Microsoft Certified Licensing experience, skilled with managing contract vehicles such as CSP for Azure and Modern Workplace subscriptions.

1 year of current experience selling Microsoft Software solutions; primarily via Microsoft Partner CSP.

The Account Manager is responsible to generate, maintain and further develop sales forecasts for allocated customers’ accounts. He/She is required to develop, manage and maintain strong account relationships with the customers. Additionally, he/she is also expected to work cross-organizationally to co-ordinate pre-sales, professional services and support resources to drive successful solutions for customers.
The Account Manager is also responsible for meeting sales quota through identifying and gaining business from new and existing clients and ensuring customer’s satisfaction through the products and services provided.
